14 Day Return Policy

We offer a no questions asked 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

The buyer is responsible for returning the camera back to us in its original condition.

All postage is non refundable

Batteries (where applicable) are a perishable item. They are unsealed and installed prior to shipping in order to comply with regulations, this makes them a non refundable item

A return will be rejected for:

Here at Analogue Revival we’re passionate about keeping film photography alive, we’re happiest when you have a film camera in your hands! This is the reason all our products are thoroughly serviced and tested to the highest standard.

We also want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we offer a 30 day guarantee on everything bought from us. If you have any problems just get in touch via or the contact page and we will be there to help. We will work with you to resolve the issue usually through a repair or exchange.

Unfortunately we don’t cover cosmetic issues or anything that could have arisen due to negligence/accidental damage.

The buyer is responsible for returning the camera back to us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail the product to the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address.

Please ensure all products are well packaged, vintage items are especially vulnerable to the postal system.

We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment usually within 3-5 days.
